The fear of regain can quietly steal your confidence, especially when the scale moves, old habits creep in, or life gets stressful.

Not with guilt. Not with another restrictive plan.

Just one simple weekly check-in to help you stay grounded, consistent, and out of fear.

Created by someone who has lived it

I’m Diane Canepa.

Founder of Life After Weight Loss™

At my highest weight, I was 293 pounds. By the time I had VSG, I weighed 254 pounds. My lowest weight was 132 pounds, and today I maintain between 138 and 145 pounds.

From my highest weight to my lowest, I lost 161 pounds. For more than three years, I have maintained a 148–155 pound weight loss.

Losing weight and maintaining weight loss are two completely different skill sets.

This check-in is the weekly tool I wish more women had after the weight comes off.

Life After Weight Loss™

No shame. No drama. No starting over.
